Ro-Ma has always done its best to answer its customers' urgent needs by implementing ground-breaking inventions. Then the industry history sanctioned their efficacy. Constant improvement of our solutions is as much important as permanent search for new ones.

The early period - 1970s

• 18.II.1974 - Roman Słupecki founded in Warsaw a Metal Craft Workshop manufacturing metal products apt for galvanising processing,
• 1976 - production extended by inclusion of machine rasp files,
• 1979 - production of narrow band-saw for carpentry started.

 

 

New markets - 1980s

• 1989 - Egypt, Nigeria and Syria as new export destinations for our products,
• 1989 - the Company renamed to its present name Ro-Ma.

 

 

 Dynamic growth - 1990s

• 1992 - Ro-Ma's first participation in DREMA trade fair,
• 1994 - Production range extended by including band-saws for wood-processing industry, cleaving saws and broad sawmill saws,
• 1996 - saws made of German steel added to the offer,
• 1998 - construction of a Company new site at Jutrzenki street in Warsaw East suburb started,
• 1999 - the Company headquarters moved to Jutrzenki street.

 

 

Our times - XXI century

• 2003 - work started on launching the Quality Management System,
• 2004 - The Quality Management System certificate obtained, according to PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 standard,
• 2004 - a lot of land 40,000 sq.m. large purchased in Siestrzeń near Warsaw, earmarked for construction of a new Company site,
• 2005 - build of new premises of our Company in Siestrzeń was sterted,
• 2006 - realization of investment project "purchase of innovative technological line for saw's manufacturing and processing",
• 2006 - Ro-Ma adjoins elite club of "Gazele Biznesu",
• 2007 - Company was moved to Siestrzeń near Warsaw.
