Laser cutting


Laser cutting is very modern, fast and high precision method of production details made of different kinds of steel and aluminum. It’s characteristic is excellent precision by relatively high speed of detail execution. Versatility of programming gives advantages to the projects with soft and complicated shapes of details as well as different series size. Speed and facility of execution translates into cost reduction. Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high power laser, at the material to be cut. That method ensures an edge with a high quality surface finish with no need of finishing processing. Narrow cutting slot and optionally located elements on the sheet allows for material savings. Nowadays laser cutting is very common used in industry.

  • cutting of large volume series, low volume series and prototypes,
  • possibility of serial production without making expensive stamps,
  • marking of elements cutting in order to identification.

    • Materials that we cut:

    • carbon cnstruction steel in regular quality, low-alloy steel, for heat treatment - thickness up to 16 mm
    • tool steel, stainless steel, acid-resisting steel, heat-resisting steel - thickness up to 10 mm
    • aluminium, other colorous metals - thickness up to 8 mm
